Depending on the product, we offer our customers test mixtures, test grindings, or test measurements to check the suitability of the technology for the customer-specific application.
Are you an exclusive distribution partner?
Except for the accessories product area, we are exclusive distribution partners (usually for the DACH region) for our manufacturers.
Do you offer remote maintenance for your devices?
For devices and customers that allow remote access, we offer support via remote access, you can find a link (Teamviewer) under ‘Support’.
Do you also offer demonstration devices at favorable conditions?
We regularly sell our demonstration devices and exhibition items at favorable conditions. These devices have been used little (sometimes not at all) and are offered completely refurbished with warranty – just ask!

We are not a service laboratory, but in certain cases (feasibility) we also carry out measurements, e.g., to determine thermal conductivity for customers.

In addition to training during installation, we offer comprehensive training at the customer’s site or at our manufacturers’ facilities – depending on what our customers prefer.
