Technical support via remote access

For questions regarding the software (installation, control, test execution, evaluation, etc.) for our systems and, if applicable, also the hardware, we offer support via remote access to your measurement computer. For this access via TeamViewer, we require an ID and PASSWORD – either from an already installed TeamViewer setup on your computer or after running the TeamViewer QuickSupport file, which you can download via the following link:

Important information:

For one-time use, select “Run”. If you want to use this support option more frequently, you can also “Save” the file and run it later. In any case, enabling and ending a remote access session is ALWAYS under YOUR CONTROL.
