Homogenisation with the Geno/Grinder® from SPEX – More reliable results with the QuEChERS method in pesticide analysis

The QuEChERS method is primarily used for the pesticide analysis of fruit and vegetables - the method includes a number of mixing and extraction steps as well as preparatory sample homogenisation. When using the Geno/Grinder, the amount of pesticide detected is significantly higher and thus the extraction is much more effective than when working manually. In this application note, both methods are presented in comparison.
