This application note in English presents the RNA extraction of Aspergillus parasiticus mycelium. The two special mills 2010 Geno/Grinder® and 1600 MiniG® for high-throughput cell disruption, DNA/RNA extraction and fast and efficient sample homogenisation overcome the bottleneck in sample preparation by combining both steps.
