This application note presents the extraction of RNA / cDNA and genomic DNA from tissue using real-time PCR. The two special mills 2010 Geno/Grinder® and 1600 MiniG® for high-throughput cell disruption, DNA/RNA extraction and fast and efficient sample homogenisation overcome the bottleneck in sample preparation by combining both steps.
