Production of homogeneous feedstock for the LMM 3D printing process

Various 3D printing processes are revolutionising manufacturing processes in many areas. In the lithography-based metal manufacturing process (LMM), a photosensitive polymer binder forms the support structure for the metal. The polymer and metal must be perfectly homogenised before the actual printing process. This application note describes this homogenisation using a non-contact mixing process in a planetary centrifugal mixer.
