Production of nanocomposites via wet-chemical synthesis of customised nanoparticles in dispersion

Nanomaterials have long played an important role in technology. A consortium of industrial and research institutions is working on the challenge of upscaling nanoparticles in dispersion and producing composites from them as part of an EU project. This application note describes the construction of synthesis plants on a 100 litre scale using büchi stirred reactors.
