The two SPEX cell disruption mills 2010 Geno/Grinder® and 1600 MiniG® are used for sample homogenisation and extraction for pesticide analysis using the QuEChERS method. The application note compares pesticide extraction from agricultural products using the manual shaking method and mechanical disruption with a SPEX cell disruption mill.
