The compact system fits easily into any fume cupboard. A quick-release fastener allows the reactor to be opened and removed quickly and easily without the need for tools.
Product Description
Very flexible, modular pressure reactor system for a wide range of applications with small batches in the 100-300 ml range in stainless steel, Hastelloy and special alloys. The compact miniclave drive system fits into any fume cupboard. The quick-release fastener enables the pressure vessel to be opened quickly and easily without the use of tools and allows the vessel to be changed quickly. 60 bar steel reactors type 3 or type 4 with sight glass can be used on the miniclave drive.
The powerful magnetic stirrer drive ensures efficient mixing of the process media and heat input, respectively stable process temperatures.
Thanks to the large number of openings in the cover plate, the cover structure can be customised to your requirements. (Fig. 4) A large selection of pressure reactor accessories is available for this purpose. Additional sensors can also be fitted and the respective data displayed and processed by the Büchi display units.

Options and Accessories
• Temperature control can be achieved either using a double jacket or the optional electric heater with integrated water cooling and a PID controller.
• Interchangeable steel reactors ranging from 100 to 300 ml also allow testing with smaller or larger volumes. Scale-up
• Various Büchi data system (bds) devices for 1–6 parameters and the corresponding bls software are available for data logging.
• Thanks to various reactor bottom valves, burettes and other accessories, it is easy to adapt to changing requirements and applications.
