Safe, flexible and efficientThe PPR parallel reactor system enables reactions to be carried out safely, automatically and in parallel under pressure in 2 to 6 laboratory reactors. Reactors with a capacity of up to 300 ml and operating at pressures of up to 150 bar are available. This allows hydrogenation reactions and catalyst tests to be carried out quickly and efficiently.

Hydrogenations and catalyst tests can thus be carried out quickly and efficiently.
The PPR parallel reactor system is customised to your requirements and needs.
It can be operated both manually and automatically, with the software taking over control of the hardware. Data recording is always available and makes all steps transparently traceable.
Modular hardware:
– Systems with 2 to 6 reactors (different volumes, pressure ranges, materials, etc.) are available
– Single or parallel operation of the reactors
– Large number of freely configurable hardware from simple basic to complete versions, e.g. with automated sampling
For fully automatic operation, a recipe editor is available for changing / redefining individual process steps.
Safety features such as burst protection, automatic switch-off and quick-release closure ensure that hydrogenation reactions, for example, can be carried out safely.
