Sensors for the various process parameters can be installed in the reactor. The measured values can be displayed on our measuring devices and saved in the bls software, see also Measuring, regulating, controlling.
Measuring probes such as IR or for measuring particle size etc. from other suppliers can be installed in our pressurised reactors.
Sampling systems (Fig. 4)
Büchi offers systems for manual sampling that can be fitted to almost all pressure reactor systems. The smaller sampling systems are realised with 1/8″ pipes, otherwise with ¼” pipes, T-piece and 3 valves.
Automated sampling for taking up to four samples per run is available for our Parallel Pressure Reactor System PPR.
