Product Description
In the hot disc technique (also known as the “transient plane source” (TPS) method), the flat sensor serves as both a heat source and a temperature sensor. For standard measurements, it is placed between two sample pieces of identical material. Various sample holders are available for these and other setups. In the simplest case, this is a clamping device for the samples with fixation for the sensor.
As many other sample classes such as powders, bulk solids, pastes, liquids, films, etc. with different sample geometries and at different temperatures can also be measured with hot disc measurement technology, we offer a range of different sample holders.
