Compact laboratory pressure reactor with pressure/temperature ratings of 200 bar / 300°C.The laboratory reactor is available in volumes of 0.5 and 1.0 liters and excels with high maximum pressure and temperature ratings. In the "drive" version, the system is equipped with the proven Büchi "cyclone 075" magnetic drive.
Product Description
The Maxiclave pressure reactor is a compact, cost-effective high-pressure reactor designed for laboratory use. The system is available in two sizes, offering working volumes of 0.5 and 1.0 liters, respectively.
Like all Büchi pressure reactors, the Maxiclave is available in either stainless steel or Hastelloy C22/C276. Additionally, the system can be equipped with a PTFE liner.
The cover plate features a central opening that accommodates the optional “cyclone 075” stirrer drive. Six additional ports—for a rupture disc, pressure gauge, needle valves, Pt100 sensor, etc.—allow the system to be flexibly adapted to your specific requirements. Two threaded holes for baffle rods are located on the underside of the cover plate. Seals are available in Flex-O-Form or FFKM.
