Thinky’s special adapters and containers are manufactured in small batches or individually to customer specifications. This also includes special materials and cup shapes.Thinky also offers a range of special adapters for its mixers and manufactures customised adapters for clients’ own containers. In addition, we offer a range of special beaker designs to increase turbulence or shear within the beaker, e.g. to break up agglomerates or to achieve homogenisation where there are significant differences in density.
Choosing the right beaker plays a very important role in the success of the mixing process. For example, the wider the beaker, the greater the acceleration force acting on the sample. The fill level also plays a decisive role.

Brief description of available special cups and adapters:
– Specially shaped adapters and cups, e.g. cup with spike in the centre (W-shape in side view), cloverleaf shape (top view)
– Adapters for glass bottles with screw caps or paper cups
– Aluminium cooling adapter with gel filling in the sleeve for 100 ml PE disposable cups, 280 ml stainless steel cups or 300 ml PE screw cups
– Heat-insulating adapter for 150 or 280 ml stainless steel cups
-Stainless steel beakers with evacuated jacket, autoclavable with 300 ml
– Selection of adapters for solder paste cups from various paste manufacturers, e.g. Kester or Heraeus
Our range of accessories is characterised by great diversity. For example, we also offer special cup shapes such as our “W-cups”, which have proven their worth for LED applications with low-viscosity silicones and heavy powders such as phosphorus, as the spike in the centre prevents powder from settling there.
Cooling adapters are also available, which can be precooled in the refrigerator or freezer compartment, e.g. to buffer exothermic effects during the mixing process. Alternatively, you can also use our stainless steel beakers with an insulating adapter. The latter protects the ball bearings of the cup holder from excessive heating.
