Sensor for online measurement of temperature and speed for laboratory and pilot plant mixersThe Thinky Multi-Sensor is capable of measuring speed and temperature and recording the data using software. It connects to a PC via Bluetooth® and is powered by a button cell battery, which is designed to last for approximately 100 hours of operation.
Product Description
The Multi-Sensor is an accessory for our Thinky laboratory and pilot plant mixers. It is a special lid sensor, compatible with 150/300/550/650 ml HDPE beakers and the adapters that use the same lids, e.g. 310AD-W, 310AD-W200DSP-R2, 250AD-200DSP-BLOW2, 250AD-100DSP-MP, which all use the lid of the 300 ml version.
The sensor measures the speed and temperature up to five times per second. The latter is measured using a contactless infrared method.
Data is transferred from the sensor to the receiving PC via Bluetooth®. A corresponding receiver module for USB is supplied. The appropriate Windows software is also included in the scope of delivery. This allows all measurement data to be recorded and displayed in an Excel-compatible (.csv) table format.
The built-in CR2450 button cell supplies the sensor with power and is designed for an operating time of approx. 100 hours. The battery status is displayed within the software.
