Product Description
The Uniclave is Büchi’s low-cost entry-level system for flexible pressure applications with stainless steel and glass reactors in 0.5 and 1 litre.
The high-torque magnetic stirrer drive offers you optimum control of mixing tasks with the speed and torque display.
Thanks to the polycarbonate door of the Uniclave frame, glass pressure reactors up to 6 (12)* bar can also be used safely and with the necessary visibility.
Thanks to the large number of openings in the cover plate, you can also flexibly adapt the cover structure at a later date. A large selection of pressure reactor accessories is available for this purpose. Additional sensors can also be attached and the respective data displayed and processed by the Büchi display units. This modular design allows the reactor to be customised for new specific applications, e.g. for dosing liquids, solids or gas.
By using FDA-compliant seals, pharmaceutical and food applications are also possible with the Uniclave.

Options and Accessories
• Temperature control can be achieved either using a double jacket or the optional electric heater with integrated water cooling and a PID controller.
• Various Büchi data system (bds) devices for 1–6 parameters and the corresponding bls software are available for data logging.
• A range of reactor bottom valves, burettes and other accessories allows for easy adaptation to changing requirements and applications.
• Analogue interface adapter for the stirrer controller for data acquisition of speed and torque
