Flexible and robust – even under high pressureThe versoclave is an extremely flexible pressure reactor system for steel reactors ranging from 0.5 to 5 litres, available in stainless steel, Hastelloy and special alloys. The system is equipped with 60 bar reactors, with or without sight glasses, and can be upgraded to 200 or 350 bar using standard options. The open frame provides sufficient space for process-related attachments and superstructures.
Product Description
The versoclave is a very flexible pressure reactor system for steel reactors between 0.5 and 5 litres in stainless steel, Hastelloy and special alloys.
The system is equipped as standard with 60 bar reactors with or without sight glass, an upgrade to 200/350 bar is a standard option. The very robust, open frame makes it well suited for reactors with electric heating and for larger process engineering attachments and superstructures. An optional quick-release fastener and reactor lift allow the pressure vessel to be opened quickly and easily without the use of tools.
Thanks to the large number of openings in the cover plate, the cover structure can be customised to your requirements. A large selection of pressure reactor accessories is available for this purpose. Additional sensors can also be fitted and the respective data displayed and processed by the Büchi display units.
There are also standard solutions for applications in hazardous areas and in the pharmaceutical sector. All relevant components, such as sensors, agitator drive and magnetic coupling, are designed for ATEX Zone 1.
FDA-compliant seals and other non-metallic components are available as standard.

• Vessel lift and safety quick-release fastener for safe, quick and easy operation
• A robust frame with a mobile base allows for the attachment of large superstructures, such as distillation accessories, and can be used in fume cupboards or as a mobile unit as required.
• The versoclave meets heightened safety and quality requirements with the ATEX stirrer and components options, as well as the optional use of FDA-compliant materials.
• Temperature control can be achieved either via a double jacket or the optional electric heater with integrated water cooling and PID controller.
